Issue 430: Update list of contributors

Dear All,
For the next meeting, I propose to update the list of "current main editors" and "contributors" of CRMbase for the next official release.
It may be worthwhile to think about a more elaborate definition.
Naturally, all who have participated in meetings and/or expressed opinions in e-mail votes are the contributors. This should be stated on the front page.
I suggest we explicitly mention in the front page contributors that have made successful proposals to the content.

In the 45th joint meeting of the CIDOC CRM SIG and SO/TC46/SC4/WG9; 38th FRBR – CIDOC CRM Harmonization meeting. The sig decided to only list the main editors in each release of the CIDOC CRM. For the next official version of the CIDOC CRM, these are MD, GB, CB, CEO, TV, SS.
Other sig members that participate in maintaining the standard –either through participation over multiple meetings (documented in the minutes) or the activities of the crm-sig list (email votes and email discussions) will be acknowledged as Contributors, but not be listed on the front page of the official version –as was the case until now. They will appear as contributors on the website, under the respective versions.
The issue closed.
